We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights as a consumer.

1. Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection once production has started.

2. Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom signage is produced based on your approval of final artwork or text.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom signs unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

  • Your name and order number

  • Description and photos of the issue

  • Your preferred outcome (replacement, refund, etc.)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
